omg there was a FITE in my parking lot so I'm writing an angry white girl email with the hopes that they will either get more lights or let me out of my lease or something idk

This is the letter I'm sending to the complex:

To whom it may concern;

Last night, at approximately 2:30 am, I was awoken by shouting from outside of my window. I had a window air conditioner and three fans going and yet this noise still came through and woke me up. I looked out and saw three males, two of which were screaming at each other and gesturing angrily, looking like they were going to start throwing punches or worse at any moment. Two drove away, and one then came back (in a car with license plate ZUM 046) and continued screaming at the other. The altercation was so loud and angry that I was a minute away from calling the cops.

When looking out a few minutes later to see if things seemed safe again, I saw the downstairs tennant in the parking lot gathering a few boards that appeared to have been taken off of his porch. I then heard him on his porch and I heard a banging noise, leading me to believe that he ripped off boards from his porch and threw them into the parking lot earlier while I was sleeping. I opened the window to try to hear what was going on, and I could hear my downstairs neighbor shouting into a phone on his porch saying that "That f** ass n***a would have to beat me to death or I'll kill him, if you are gonna come at me, you'd better beat me to death, I'f he had come back here again I would have beat his ass".

I've had continuous problems with this neighbor. Somehow due to the construction of the building, we can hear a lot of what is going on in their apartment from our living room, so it is a fairly regular occurence for me to walk into my apartment at all hours to hear a loud, thumping bass coming from the apartment below, often when people could be sleeping.

As a single woman who is often home alone, I really don't feel safe being in my apartment or leaving through the parking lot by myself knowing that this violence could erupt again at any moment, especially when we generally have only one working street light because the motion-activated safety light on the side of the building rarely works. I'm very concerned for my safety and I would like to know what can be done to help rectify this situation, as I'm now going to be living here until February only because my lease automatically renewed.

The honeymoon may be over, but Nick Cannon is enjoying the married life even more.

Although his wife Mariah Carey wasn't in Las Vegas with him, the "Wild 'N Out" host said his marriage to the singer is anything but rocky, despite Internet reports to the contrary.

At the opening of Las Vegas's Christian Audigier The Nightclub Friday, Cannon said his marriage is "amazing."

"It's the best thing that ever happened to me," Cannon, who was sporting his wedding band, told PEOPLE.

Arriving just before midnight, Cannon quickly made his way to the club's turntables where he began a two-hour set, spinning hip-hop, techno and rock.

At one point, he put on Shawty Lo's "Dey Know." Bobbing his head to the song, Cannon raised his hand high in the air and shouted the lyrics "Big ups, to all my haters."

Carey and Cannon met on the set of her video "Bye Bye," and after a whirlwind courtship tied the knot in May.
